1. The services offered by "J.V.V." AD are intended only for adults over the age of 18. Reservations and other services are NOT provided by "J.V.V." AD to minors.

Why do we collect your data?

AD. Bulletin generated by "J.V.V." AD does not use intermediaries or external service providers to generate newsletters.
Period of storage of the postal address: up to 6 months after termination of the subscription by the user or by "J.V.V." AD.

Categories of data processed: Names, e-mail, telephone, address.
Purposes of the processing: facilitating the placing of requests and making reservations by the user. Automatic filling of inquiry forms, as well as additional functionality by subscription for certain objects and offers from a list of selected ones.
Shelf life: up to 10 years.
Legal basis for processing: Informed consent, legitimate interest.

Users filling out a request or inquiry for a reservation (no registration on the site is required www.perunika.com)
Categories of data processed: Names, e-mail, telephone, age of all tourists traveling with the user.
Purposes of the processing: Preparation of the most specific and appropriate offer for the specific request submitted by the client, with the aim of subsequent sale of a tourist service. Marketing purposes.

Legal basis for processing: Informed consent. Legitimate interest.

Customers of "J.V.V." AD, who are provided with a service under the Tourism Law
Categories of data that can be processed: Names, e-mail, telephone, address, numbers of personal cards and passports, social security number, complete data and declarations of children traveling with you.
Purposes of processing: Conclusion of an Organized Travel contract or contract for travel packages and related travel services, as well as hotel accommodation. Inclusion in a loyalty program.
Storage period: 10 years
Legal basis for the processing: Performance of a contract; The Law on Tourism, the Law on Accounting, Agreement with the General Terms and Conditions for Travel, etc. legal regulations. An informed consent. Legitimate interest.

Hoteliers, Travel Agencies and other contractors of "J.V.V." AD
Categories of data that can be processed: Names, EIC, Address, Telephone number, e-mail, etc.
Purposes of the processing: Creation and maintenance of commercial relationships between "J.V.V." AD and the counterparties, Conclusion of contracts, Business communication.
Storage period: 10 years after termination of the legal relationship.
Legal basis for the processing: Performance of a contract.

Who else can get your data?
"J.V.V." AD will under no circumstances provide your personal data to third parties unless:
– There is express consent on your part;
– There is a requirement to provide information from legitimate control bodies or officials who, according to the applicable legislation, have the right to request and collect such information and the merchant is obliged to provide this information by virtue of the law;
- The information is provided to third parties if necessary, for the performance of a service under a contract concluded between the client and "J.V.V." AD - hoteliers and restaurateurs, persons providing services in certified tourist sites, tour operators or travel agents, licensed insurers, licensed carriers, tour guides and other operators of services that are performed as part of a tourist package or represent a separate performance service. "J.V.V." AD carries out its activities by concluding contracts only with counterparties within the European Union.

What are your rights?
Upon request, you have the right to receive information about the personal data collected about you. You have the right at any time to refuse your personal data to be collected and processed, and also to request that it be corrected, deleted ("right to be forgotten"), restricted or blocked.

In connection with the granted right of deletion, "J.V.V." AD informs you that after receiving a statement from you and in the event that there is no legal basis that obliges "J.V.V." AD to continue storing and/or processing your personal data, we will perform actions to delete them in the shortest possible time, but no later than 14 days, counted from the date of receipt of a statement in the indicated sense.
If you use a newsletter at any time you can unsubscribe from it using the opt-out options provided at the end of each newsletter.
The exercise of these rights is subject to certain exceptions to protect the public interest (for example, the prevention or detection of crime) or to protect our interests (for example, the preservation of legal privileges). If you exercise any of these rights, we will check your right to exercise them and respond without undue delay, but no later than one month. "J.V.V." AD is not responsible for the processing of personal data on sites to which our sites have external links.

The provision of personal data is completely voluntary and for the purpose of the full functioning of our sites and the provision of quality service to the client by "J.V.V." AD.
